The results provided by the Platform are estimates based on the Cultural Fit Assessment Method (CFAM) and are for guidance purposes only. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS, S.L. does not guarantee a perfect match between compatibility results and job or business opportunities and disclaims any responsibility arising from professional, labor, or personal decisions made by users or companies based on these results.
3. User and Company-Generated Content
CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS, S.L. does not guarantee or verify the truthfulness or legality of content generated by users and companies on the Platform, including profiles, values, or any voluntarily provided information. Each user and company is responsible for the truthfulness and legitimacy of the data they input.
Use of Logos, Trademarks, and Third-Party Intellectual Property
1. Rights over Company Logos
Logos, trade names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
